BrioBits Privacy Policy
Core game progress is stored on your device. This policy also explains how advertising providers may process information when BrioBits requests an ad.
Accounts and information you provide
BrioBits does not require an account. The app does not ask you to submit a name, email address, payment information, or game content to BrioBits.
What stays on your device
To make the game useful between sessions, BrioBits stores the following information locally on your iPhone:
- completed round results, including scores, accuracy, mode, and date;
- solo-mode level progress; and
- the in-app haptics preference, energy balance, and daily energy refresh date.
This information is stored through Apple's on-device app storage. It is not sent to BrioBits or to third parties.
Advertising
BrioBits uses TopOn to mediate rewarded and interstitial ads. Depending on which advertising partner fills a request, TopOn and that partner may process information such as IP address, device and app identifiers, device information, approximate location derived from IP, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or fraud-prevention information.
This information may be used to deliver ads, measure performance, limit repeated ads, and detect invalid activity. The embedded mediation partners are TopOn ADX, Liftoff (Vungle), Unity Ads, ironSource, Google AdMob, InMobi, AppLovin, Mintegral, and DT Exchange. They operate as downstream networks within TopOn mediation.
BrioBits requests permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing TopOn or its advertising partners to access or upload the device's advertising identifier (IDFA) or identifier for vendors (IDFV). If you allow tracking, these identifiers may be used to measure advertising performance across apps and websites. If you deny or restrict tracking, BrioBits blocks these identifiers from upload and continues without them.
Advertising requests remain configured as non-personalized. Google's User Messaging Platform may also show consent or privacy choices where required before the app requests an ad; those choices are separate from Apple's tracking permission.
For more information, review the TopOn Privacy Policy. The privacy terms of the advertising partner that serves an ad also apply.
Your controls
You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings. You can remove score history and solo progress from within the app by choosing Settings → Reset Scores. When required, Settings → Privacy Choices lets you revisit advertising privacy choices. You can also remove the app and its local data using standard iOS controls.
Children's privacy
BrioBits does not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so the concern can be reviewed.
Changes to this policy
If the app's privacy practices change, this page and its last-updated date will be revised before the updated version is released.
